Let’s get to the heart of it: 7 events in a single day. Piazza Dante will become a real open-air gym
The Sports Festival comes to life: Saturday will be full of events at Gazzetta Active Village (in collaboration with ASI) of Piazza Dante, Trento, where 7 events are planned with trainers and great champions of Italian sport such as Clemente Russo and Alessia Maurelli. Great success also for the second day, which saw the “yoga” phase close with the very popular lessons Barbara Beltrami: “A beautiful environment and a following that really pleases me. For many it was an opportunity to understand how we can overcome some limitations that we think we have, and then the rain on the first day made the moment even more unforgettable.” Then Clement Russo proposed the first of the two appointments with “Train Like a Champion”, a way to get closer – by working free body – to the workout of high level athletes, with exercises suitable for all levels and with the former boxer as always able to drag and guide all the athletes who followed his lesson. The second day ended with the first appointment with Tiziana Fitness Style and his Low Body for legs and buttocksperfect for toning, firming and reducing cellulite. The third day’s program shifts even more towards fitness. Also always present in Piazza Dante are the camps with bowls, curling, tennis and ping pong.
A very rich day

The third day starts where the second ended: with Tiziana Fitness Style. Your second lesson, scheduled for 10 am, will be a Total Body workout thanks to which you can work on the whole body in a harmonious way: “It is a dynamic circuit that makes you move, sweat and at the same time improve strength and elasticity” explained the trainer. At 11am space for Stretching&Mobility with Alessia Maurelli by McFit, the most successful Italian in the history of rhythmic gymnastics: it is a workout dedicated to the well-being of the body, designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility and posture. Through targeted stretching exercises and dynamic mobility techniques, it helps to release muscle tension, prevent injuries and regain harmony in daily movements. At 12 first appointment with the Gazzetta Active trainer Anamarija Dumbrek (Miss Anne Fit) which will propose a first Total Body Afterburn lesson: “Metabolic training involves energy systems that will help us burn more calories at rest even after training: the afterburn effect it’s exactly this. This type of work generates a process called EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) which increases the body’s energy expenditure and oxygen consumption after a workout” he explained. At 2pm appointment with the McFit trainers Maria Boccacciari and Michele Tambornini for a Total Body Workout: a complete and dynamic workout that involves all muscle groups. At 3pm Tizizna Fitness Style also returns, this time with brisk walking: a simple but very effective activity that keeps the heart active and stimulates the metabolism. At 4pm there will be second appointment with “Train Like a Champion” by Clemente Russo: a strong circuit workout with overloads that aims to activate all the main muscle groups. The day will end at 5pm with the second appointment with Miss Anne Fitand this time we’re talking about buttocks and abdominals: “Working on the buttocks is not just a question of beauty. The buttock serves to support our spine, working as a postural muscle and limiting many problems related to the back, such as low back pain” explained the trainer.
