Acquittal for ‘leader of Apeldoorn underworld war’ Gerard van H. | Apeldoorn

He would be a leader in the underworld war that, according to the Public Prosecution Service, is raging in Apeldoorn. After he was previously jailed for almost four years for extortion and fraud, the Public Prosecution Service now demanded a year and a half in prison. During a raid on his car dealership, the police had found drugs to produce drugs and a loaded gun in his home. However, the court acquits him.
