Acquisition of Cosabella already completed

The Calida Group has already completed the acquisition of the US lingerie brand Cosabella.

Only on Thursday did the Swiss lingerie group announce that it was acquiring Cosabella for USD 80 million (EUR 76.2 million) and that the acquisition should be completed in the second quarter of 2022. This has already happened four days later, as Calida announced on Tuesday.

With the full acquisition of Cosabella, Calida reinvested the proceeds from the sale of Millet Mountain Group. Calida Holding AG completed the separation from its outdoor division in April.

With the takeover, Calida also plans to enter the US market with its other lingerie brands Aubade, Calida and the outdoor furniture brand Lafuma Mobilier.
