Accused of being a fraud demanded 100 million – The humiliated grandmaster received a blunt decision

Hans Niemann’s lawsuit was not successful.

The federal court has dismissed the indictment that shook the chess world. Reported about it The Wall Street Journal.

American chess grandmaster Hans Niemann20, challenged the Norwegian Magnus CarlsenChess.com and other prominent chess players to court.

Niemann demanded $100 million in damages for the fraud allegations against him. A judge in the Eastern District of Missouri dismissed Niemann’s charges in all respects on Tuesday.

Sex toy in the anus?

It all started when Norwegian champion Carlsen accused Niemann of cheating in the $500,000 tournament in St. Louis in September.

When Niemann beat Carlsen, he ended the “Mozart of Chess”‘s 53-game unbeaten streak. The victory seemed too good to be true for Niemann, who was speeding to the top, which in turn led to some strange theories about how Niemann managed to cheat in front of everyone.

The craziest and most popular of the rumors was that Niemann received messages about real transfers from a sex toy hidden in his anus.

Niemann later said that he fell for scams when he was younger, but he didn’t stop the scams since then.

The young Yankee star has claimed that, with the help of his company, Carlsen has created a chess elite that dominates the game in a monopoly position.

After last autumn’s uproar, Niemann hasn’t been on the board as much as before. He has fallen to number 36 in the world rankings. Carlsen is still the number one player in the world, but still decided to skip this year’s World Cup.
