According to media reports, Matthijs de Ligt’s move from Juventus Turin to FC Bayern Munich is a done deal: both clubs are said to have agreed on a deal and the Dutchman has signed a contract for five years.
Matthijs de Ligt is moving to FC Bayern Munich on Säbener Strasse. According to information from “Sport1”, Munich made a new offer on Sunday and Juventus was convinced and agreed to the transfer.
Five-year contract for the Dutchman
The 22-year-old is to receive a contract from the German record champions until 2027. A fixed fee of 70 million euros plus ten million euros in bonuses (five million of which are subject to easy conditions, five to heavier ones) are available for the Dutch international. Bayern’s first offer was 60 million euros plus ten million euros in bonuses (5 plus 5). Juve originally wanted a fixed sum of 80 million euros. Now both clubs have probably met in the middle.
