The majority of Finns see cyber attacks and data breaches as the biggest threat in Finland in the near future, according to a survey by the Municipal Development Foundation (Kaks). 82 percent of the respondents considered cyber-attacks and data breaches to be a very or fairly serious threat in Finland. As the second most significant concern, Finns name Russia’s political and military pressure, which was mentioned by 79 percent of the respondents.
