Fear for Franck Ribery. The Salernitana footballer was involved in a road accident that occurred last night in Laura in the municipality of Capaccio-Paestum, a municipality about forty kilometers from Salerno.

The Frenchman, driving his car and in the company of another person, crashed into a traffic light pole. Immediately rescued by the 118 staff, Ribery was transported to the hospital in Battipaglia where he was then discharged “with a slight head injury”, as reported by Salernitana.
