Some users are unable to access social network Twitter on Wednesday night. They cannot access their own account or access some other accounts. Website Downdetector counted about ten thousand reports of internet users having trouble connecting to Twitter. The peak was around 1:30 a.m. Belgian time, after which there were fewer reports.
