Absent trucker collides with signaling vehicle, E17 completely closed

A foreign trucker collided with a signalisation vehicle that was set up near the old pump building. There was a contractor cutting trees. There was a worker in the crash absorber who was trapped in the vehicle due to the collision. He was given the most urgent care at the scene.
