Japke sees the people around her in good spirits and with a gigantic picture in front of their heads starting to have children. She, a boomer who has experienced it all, throws out the lifebuoy to them this week. Although the childless (like Peter), teenage mothers and seasoned parents also benefit from Japke’s tips about parenting. In summary: the pink cloud does not exist, everything is more difficult than it seems, but ultimately as a parent you crawl around on your knees all day long with gratitude.
