The rapper enforced the foreclosure sale against his ex-business partner Abou-Chaker, as the “starreported.

The property with a plot area of ​​16,674 square meters and a market value of 14.8 million euros belongs to both of them.

Abou-Chaker’s villa has a living space of 560 square meters, Bushido’s house with 634 square meters is empty.

The underground shell for a wellness area, which was erected without permission between their villas, will probably have to be dismantled by the new owner, reports the “Stern”. And: bidders must deposit a security of more than 1.4 million euros, ten percent of the total value.

A trial is currently underway in Berlin against Arafat Abou-Chaker and three of his brothers, who are accused of attempting severe extortion.
