The French-speaking appeal court in Brussels has temporarily banned Salah Abdeslam’s return to France in summary proceedings. Abdeslam will serve a life sentence in France, with a “perpetual” security period of 30 years, after the special court of assizes in Paris convicted him of the November 13, 2015 attacks.
