With her song “Waterloo” won ABBA on April 6, 1974 at Brighton Den Euro Vision Song Contest. To celebrate the anniversary – and as the band truly revisits every milestone these days, of which there are known to be plenty – there is a new clip that captures the full positive energy of the song.
Use bright colors and pastel tones Agnetha, Björn, Frida and Benny in a collage video. Of course, the short film has a different tempo than the clip, which is now also available in fast 4k format and is now available as a Official Music Video for “Waterloo” circulates.
By the way, ABBA started the Eurovision Song Contest as eighth of a total of 17 participants. In front of 500 million spectators, the Swedes finally dominated by a margin of six points. At that time, however, the vote was still taken by a jury. ABBA then became a global phenomenon – and the rest is history, which will soon become an innovative one digital show leads.
Most recently, ABBA also made for them Ukraine strong, with Björn Ulvaeus giving a speech that was both moving and angry at the same time – for democracy, against the autocrat Putin.
