The car with a Dutch license plate was located very deep in the canal and was difficult to see from the highway. The emergency services found no one in the abandoned car. The vehicle was seriously damaged in the front due to a collision with a guardrail before coming to a stop in the canal. It is not yet known why the car was abandoned and who the occupants were. The car was towed via the service road, so there was no disruption on the highway.
