Anyone who still gets it into their head from 1 November to throw an old piece of bread to ducks, birds or other animals risks a fine of 100 euros in Leidschendam-Voorburg. The municipality is certainly not the only one with such a feed ban. But does that really help and how often are these kinds of fines actually handed out?
