The A67 from Venlo to Eindhoven was closed on Tuesday morning due to an accident near Someren. The police are investigating. The road is expected to be reopened sometime in the afternoon.
Several vehicles were involved in the accident, which happened around a quarter to nine in the morning. To allow the emergency services to work safely, the road is completely closed from Asten.
Diversion route
Traffic that wants to drive from Venlo to Eindhoven is advised to drive via Maastricht on the A73 and the A2.
