Activists have blocked the A37 at the Holsloot junction. Passenger cars, often equipped with reversed Dutch flags, drove slowly from the direction of the German border towards the junction. When they got there, they stopped their cars and got out.
The delay was according to the ANWB initially up to a few minutes. The road is now completely closed. It is not known which organization took the initiative for the action.
