The A37 near Hoogeveen has been blocked again by demonstrators in the direction of Emmen. In contrast to previous blockades, hardly any tractors are involved in the protest.
The road is close to the viaduct at the Meester Cramerweg. The road under the viaduct has also been blocked by protesters. The photos show, among other things, that groups of children are present.
In Hoogeveen, numerous flags are hung upside down on lampposts. With this, farmers want to express their dissatisfaction with the government’s nitrogen plans.
