The road will get a new asphalt layer and new road markings. According to Aanpak Ring Zuid, the work on the A28 due to the construction of the southern ring road in Groningen is almost finished.
The A28 will be closed tonight at 10 p.m. and the first cars will be able to cross the track section again on Monday morning at 6 a.m. Diversion routes are indicated with signs.
