A wine bar without labels

They say to appreciate the wine you have to know, but the truth is that you just have to drink, that’s how you learn. It is also important to put aside some myths such as “white wine gives me a headache”, something that is quickly solved drinking a glass of water for every glass of wine (This is a rule to follow with any wine).

Don’t deprive yourself of that pleasure: white and rosé wines in Argentina are getting richer. The new wave of decontracting wine comes from the hand of proposals such as that of Winehaus, which brings wine closer to the concept of
breweries. Offer wines by the glass, pulled straight from the barrel, without brands or labels, to simply enjoy accompanied by one of its delicious tapas.

The house prefers to reserve the origin of its wines but here we tell you the secret. Are young wines from Salta, that is to say, the wines of the year, with little or no passage with wood, so that the fruit stands out well. Have eight varietals and some blends, described in the menu in a clear and friendly way, all very drinkable, perfect to drink sitting at the tables in front of the premises, under its leafy vine. In addition to being novel, the proposal is 100% sustainable: the barrels go to and from Salta, without waste or bottles.

The tapas, original and tasty, they were created by Wildman, a traveling culinary project made up of the chefs Ramiro Keklikan and Joaquín Lege. There are osobuco croquettes with miso mayonnaise; crispy sweetbreads with puree
station; Halloumi cheese with a golden crust, roasted bell pepper sauce, pickles and caramelised cashew; a version of katsu sando, with a juicy loin battered in panko; and some unmissable “panchitos” with homemade country chicken sausage and green curry. The dessert is unique and memorable: a homemade dulce de leche “shimmy” that brings back childhood memories.

The interior has a bar, a living room for six and small tables, ideal for dates. A toast with cold torrontés in summer is a guarantee of success.
