Sweden’s Dancing with the Stars final took place on Saturday evening. Let’s dance -known in Sweden as the dance competition took a dramatic turn in the midst of the Olympic champion in skiing Charlotte Kallan and dance teacher Tobias Karlsson the first final dance.
Climate activists rushed to the stage, spreading a banner and throwing color powder on the stage.
The banner read ætterställ våtmarker (save the bogs). A similar banner was previously also presented at the Swedish Idol final and the Swedish Melodifestivalen five-piece qualifiers.

The police were called to the studio and three people are now suspected of causing damage.
One of the suspects opened up about his motives to Expressenand told how politicians increase emissions instead of reducing them.
– It’s a death project. We have to fulfill our moral obligation towards the future of the younger generations, activist Tina said.

A spokesperson for Återställ våtmarker confirmed to Expressen that they were behind the act.
– There are always people who get annoyed by this kind of thing, but the fact is that we have to do everything we can to get our message across, spokesperson Roxy Farhatsaid.
The winner of the dance competition itself was the trumpeter Hampus Hedström together with his dance teacher Ines Maria Ștefănescu with. Charlotte and Tobias came second.
