The fish stick tray made in one sheet saves everyday life even on busy days.

What food would you cook when you didn’t have any time to chop or stand by the fire? The savior will be a sheet dish, which is prepared in the heat of the oven on one sheet without even creating a counter. Tin food has become trendy in recent years, and why wouldn’t it be, it’s a wonderfully easy way to prepare meals suitable for everyday life.
Nachopelti is probably a familiar weekend delicacy to everyone, but the idea of tinned food can be applied to many other foods as well. Meatballs, chicken, and carrots can be slipped onto the foil.
This time, however, the preparations will be corrected in the easiest way. An easy fish stick tray is created using frozen food. And best of all, the fish stick tray does not require chopping or other preparations. You just pour the ingredients onto the tray and the oven does the rest in fifteen minutes.
Fish stick plate
400 g folded plank potatoes (e.g. Oolanni)
12 fillet fish sticks (e.g. Findus whole grain fillet fish stick)
200 g of frozen peas
200 g of flavored creme fraiche (e.g. Arla Lempi lemon & dill)
fresh dill
lemon juice
1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Spread the plank potatoes and fish sticks on a baking sheet on baking paper.
2. Bake at 225 degrees for 15 minutes.
3. Add the peas to the tray when there are still 5 minutes of baking time left.
4. Take the tray out of the oven. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish sticks.
5. Use a spoon to lift creme fraiche wedges onto the tray.
6. Finish by chopping fresh dill on top.
7. Serve the food directly from the tray.
