At least two people have dead and 16 have been injured this Tuesday after a train derailed and crashed into a station in the governorate of Caliubia, located in the Nile delta, in the north of Egypt. The Egyptian Ministry of Health, which has reported the death toll, has indicated that the state of health of the injured has stabilized after receiving medical treatment at the hospital.
The prosecutor, Hamada El Sawy, has ordered the formation of an investigation team to investigate the incident, as reported by the Al Qahera News portal.
