President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi posted an update on Twitter in which he praises the actress Mila Kunisia and Ashton Kutcheria the work they have done to help the victims of the war in Ukraine. Kunis and Kutcher have managed to raise as much as tens of millions of dollars in charity pot for the victims of the Ukrainian war.
– Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were among the first to respond to our grief. They have already raised $ 35 million and are sending money to help refugees. I am grateful for their support and impressed with their determination. They inspire the whole world, Zelenskyi writes in her widespread tweet.
Zelensky is said to have made a video call to Kunis and Kutcher and thanked them for their uncompromising work for the victims of the war. As part of his tweet, Zelenskyi also released a picture of a video call the trio had made about the matter.
Since then, both Kutcher and Kunis shared an update on Zelensky on social media.
Kunis was born in Ukraine in 1983 and moved to America in 1991. Kunis says he has always considered himself an American.
Last few days ago, Kunis and Kutcher posted a video on Instagram reassuring them that the work to help the victims of the war had not been done despite a huge charity pot. At the time, they said they had received donations from as many as 65,000 people in the past two weeks.
– Our work is not done yet, Kutcher said in a video.
– Don’t stop donating. This is just the beginning of a really long journey, Kunis summed up.
