On Thursday, a surprising confirmation was seen in the training of Tappara’s SM league team. Between the posts was an NHL star who ended his career Pekka Rinne.
– Hey Predators, do you know this guy? Tappara asked in the message service X and published a picture of Rintine.
Suomalaisvahti ended his successful playing career in 2021. According to Tappara, Rinne was a follower in training. The Tampere club’s second goalkeeper Eetu Randelin will play on Thursday from Mest in the ranks of IPK, so Christian Heljanko needed a pair of ice skates for ice practice.
Rintee apparently liked the return to the rink, because the star smiled widely in the video published by Tappara with a lion helmet on his head and talked with the head coach Rikard Grönborgin with.

Rinne represented the Nashville Predators throughout his NHL career and played 683 NHL regular season games. The Finn won the best goalkeeper Vezina Trophy in 2018.
The belt also has two Finnish championships and one World Championship silver. Nashville raised Rinnee’s shirt to the ceiling and made a statue in his honor.
In the summer, Predators chose the Finn as their European talent scout and goalkeeper development coach.
