One of the most successful party outfits of the evening was a hood, the kind that have been seen on top of world-class stars in representative red carpet outfits.

MP Fatim Diarra’s (green) electric blue, pleated party dress was a sculptural and representative outfit that suited the wearer perfectly. The hood brought a degree of mysterious mystique to the spectacular outfit.
We told you earlier that Diarra’s suit was designed by a Finnish fashion designer Katri Niskanenwhose creations have been seen year after year on many party guests at the Linna.
Diarra’s custom suit was originally designed and executed by her friend’s stylist Meri Milashin as a birthday outfit. However, the showy dress was modified to suit Diarra and Linna: for example, the deep slit of the dress was tightened for the party.
