A significant urine column achieved on the ISS – Pee recycling reached an ideal level

Today, 98 percent of liquids can be recycled. This allows for a larger amount of scientific equipment. The US Aeronautics and Space Administration NASA has made a breakthrough, and managed to increase the recycling rate of liquids on the International Space Station (ISS). Today, 98 percent of liquids can be recycled, compared to 94 percent before. The liquids to be recycled are, among other things, urine, sweat and liquid vapor that comes with exhalation.
