A plane of the armed forces of Ukraine crashed in the Kiev region of Ukraine, informed State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations on Facebook.
“A military plane of the Armed Forces crashed between the villages of Zhukovtsy and Trypillia in the Obukhov district. There were 14 people on board,” the agency said in a statement.
After the fall, the helicopter caught fire, the death toll is being specified. 37 people and 8 units of equipment were involved in the elimination of the consequences.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced in the morning that it was launching targeted missile strikes on the military infrastructure of Ukraine. The air defense systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were suppressed, the military department said later.
