The Prague police already had to calm down football fans in the city center in the afternoon.

Even then, the finger of blame was mainly aimed at Fiorentina fans, but when the final started, only West Ham fans were guilty of the outrages.

At just over half an hour, the Hammars supporters bombed a corner kick to give the game away Cristiano Biraghi with different dishes.

Finally, a supporter hit Biragh on the head with a pint, causing a big wound. Blood flowed down the player’s back.

The story continues after the video

Watch the video of the Hammers fans thrashing around. Conference league matches can be watched on VSport’s channels and Elisa Viihde’s Viaplay service.

The Viola captain’s day was further darkened on the hour mark when his fists were ruled out by the VAR council From Jarrod Bowen. The Englishman had killed the game tool with him, but Biragh’s gesture deprived him of a clear goal situation.

Said Benrahma shot the next kicker into the net.

However, Fiorentina equalized just five minutes later when Giancomo Bonaventura the ball was placed by the Frenchman Alphonse Areola past.

Bowen scored the winning goal

The final solution was seen just when the game clock clicked at the 90 minute mark. Brazilian national team player Lucas Paquetá sent a perfectly timed vertical pass past Bowen, and the Hammers icon finished in style with his inside edge for a 2-1 win.

This is how West Ham celebrates a rare championship. Its previous pitcher came loose 43 years ago in the FA Cup final.

With the win, the London club will also advance to the group stage of the Europa League, which is higher in the footy hierarchy, next fall.
