At the Golden Globes film and television gala held on Sunday night, there was no shortage of spectacular evening dress fashion. The gala was held for the 82nd time on Sunday evening, January 5, 2025 in Los Angeles, California.
One detail caught my eye: the masculinity of the evening gowns is once again adorned by the feminine sweetheart-neck opening that resembles a heart shape. It was worn on the party night by actress colleagues Zendaya, Naomi Watts, Zoë Saldaña and Elle Fanning, who chose it in a strapless model.

The heart-shaped neckline was already seen in the 50s, when Marilyn Monroe wore it and helped the model come into fashion. Later in the 90s it was seen on, for example, Madonna and Princess Diana. The flattering model was also widely seen in the 2010s.
