A missile hits an official building in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city

The leader of the Ukrainian region of Jerkov, Oleg Synegubov, declared on Tuesday that several missiles launched by Russian troops have fallen on the center of the second largest city in Ukraine. Among the areas attacked are, according to Synegubov, residential areas of Jerkov and the main building of the municipal administration.

One of the bombings has been captured by cameras and spread through social networks.

Synegubov specified that Russia uses cruise missiles in the bombing of the city and accused the Kremlin of war crimes. He also claimed that Kharkov’s defenses were resisting the attack.
