A minor died last night and ten other people were injuredone of them serious, in an accident involving four vehicles on the AP-7 in Roda de Berà (Tarragona).
The Servei Català de Trànsit (SCT) reported this Thursday that the multiple accident occurred shortly before 9:15 p.m. at kilometer 225.5 of that road, in circumstances that are being investigated.
As a result of the collision, a minor who was traveling in one of the vehicles involved died and ten other people were injured, one of them a man, seriously injured, who was transferred to the Joan XXIII Hospital of Tarragona.
Another woman suffered less minor injuries and was transferred to the same center; four more people were slightly injured and were treated at the Hospital del Vendrell and another four, very slightly injured, were treated on site and released.

Eight patrols from the Mossos, four teams from the Generalitat Fire Department, 13 ground units from the Emergency Medical System (SEM) and two teams of psychologists went to the scene of the accident.
The circulation by the AP-7 was cut in Roda de Berà northbound until 10:35 p.m., when a lane was opened, and the situation was completely normalized at 12:45 a.m.
