A 5-year-old boy has died in an explosion recorded this Thursday afternoon in a commercial premises in Alcorcón (Madrid), which has caused a fire, while his brother, 9 months old, has been transferred in serious condition to the hospital in La Paz.

The rupture of a gas pipe could have been the cause of the explosion and the subsequent fire: then the smoke spread from the commercial premises to the upper apartments of a six-storey building with many apartments.
