A man, of whom no more information has been disclosed, has died after fire registered in the early hours of this SaturdayMarch 11, in a house in Malaga capital, as reported in a statement by the 112 Andalucía Emergency service.
Minutes after midnight, the 112 telephone received a notice alerting of a fire in a seventh floor of a nine-story block located on Calle Cuarteles in the capital of Malaga.
The whistleblower indicated that the tenant of the property could be trapped inside, as they have explained from 112, from where the Malaga Fire Department, the 061 Health Emergency Center, the National Police and the Local Police were then activated.
The firefighters have extinguished the fire and have indicated that they had treated a man who later died on the scene at the Rescue and Intervention Medical Unit (UMSI). The causes of the fire are being investigatedas explained from 112.
