A large minority of people who work in the House of Representatives experience, to a greater or lesser extent, transgressive behavior from other House residents. This emerges from a study into social safety in the House of Representatives. Furthermore, it appears that both the social safety of both the reporters and the accused are insufficiently guaranteed.
