ChristenUnie, D66, CDA, PvdA, GroenLinks and SP are coming up with an initiative law that gives municipalities and implementing agencies (SVB and UWV) more room if something goes wrong with benefits. The law is intended for distressing cases in which money must be reclaimed from someone who, for example, is on welfare. The six parties want more room for the human dimension.
