With the c/o work festival, the c/o pop Convention is launching a job festival for the music industry. Employers, graduates and professionals from the music industry should come together in a creative and unconventional way. The festival will take place on Friday, April 22, 2022 in Cologne.
“In times of a shortage of skilled workers and a music industry shaken by the pandemic with nevertheless highly exciting professional fields, innovative ways of recruiting are needed. That’s why the c/o pop Convention has created c/o work right now,” say the organizers of the festival.
c/o pop relies on informal getting to know each other
There will be no classic job interviews or trade fair stands. Rather, recruiters and future employees should get to know each other in a very informal way. For example, participants should have the opportunity to talk in a relaxed manner while playing table tennis or at the bar. The personal impression of the participants should be more important than their CV. Interested employees can apply until March 11, 2022 an application form from the c/o work Convention register, while HR managers can register via e-mail.
The c/o pop Festival and the accompanying c/o pop Convention have been increasingly devoting themselves to young pop culture talent for a number of years.
