Cho died at the age of 35 of lung cancer today, Wednesday.

For a long time in his career, Cho represented the South Korean national team. He represented South Korea at the 2018 World Cup Main Event and the South Korean-hosted Olympics.

Cho played 70 national team games at the men’s level and was also a member of the South Korean national team captain.

The late player also served as captain of his South Korean club team, Anyang Halla.

The press release says that Min-ho Cho will be remembered as a leading and exemplary person inside and outside the trough.
