– From the first change to the last, there was one team on the ice. It was Oulun Kärpät, Jukurie’s head coach Olli Jokinen said.

– A very lackluster game from us. The weakest show of the season, Olli Jokinen said at the press conference after Kärpät had won 5–1 at home.
The loss was Jukurei’s fifth in a row. In the league standings, the people of Mikkeli are in 11th place.
Jokinen admitted that he was worried about the state of the team. In the previous four matches, despite the losses, Jukurit had won the expected goals by a total of 17–8, but now it lost by that measure as well.
– Even though we lost four games in a row, we were able to stay on top of the game and the company was present. It was our kind of activity, but today it was completely different, Jokinen lamented.
He gave Kärp deserved praise.
– The game is always relative to the opponent, and Kärpät was good. We knew their strengths, but we couldn’t take them away.
– A lot of situations were left because we didn’t skate, didn’t try and didn’t win duels, Jokinen summed up disappointed.
The head coach of Kärppie, who finished sixth Lauri Marjamäki was in the opposite mood.
– We had successes right from the start. We moved the puck, got out of the pressure and turned the game quickly from the central area.
