Professional golfer Georgia Ball has published a video on Tiktok that has been viewed more than 10 million times.
In the video, Ball is practicing his swing when suddenly an unknown man starts giving him advice next to him.
– You should do the escort much faster. I’ve been playing golf for 20 years, the man brags.
Ball tells the man that he is just about to change his swing technique, so the performance is still a bit in search.
The man continues his explanation with “20 years of experience”. Ball seems frustrated, but holds his nerve and responds politely. Finally, the man leaves.
The golfer’s Tiktok fans couldn’t understand why the man felt it necessary to point out Ball’s pro-level swing. In their opinion, it was a model example mansplainingphenomenon.
Ball later said for the BBC, that the situation had been unpleasant. However, he had not wanted to tell the man back “because of his humble nature”.
Ball also admitted that speeding up the hospice was the right advice from the man.
