– If you want a covering foundation, you should apply 2-3 thin layers of foundation instead of one thick layer. Moisturizing the face is also important before applying foundation.
Räsänen also recommends make-up priming creams and sprays. At the moment, he prefers sprays. The foundation should be chosen correctly according to the skin type and the desired end result.
You should apply one thin layer of foundation all over your face. After that, you should only add foundation to those areas that need more coverage. Small skin imperfections and dark circles under the eyes can be covered with a more richly pigmented concealer.

The foundation can be fixed with powder or setting spray. Räsänen reminds that powder is no longer used to cover skin imperfections, but to fix them. You may not need powder at all if your skin is not particularly oily. Then just a fixing spray can be enough.
The make-up artist advises that powder can only be applied to places where the shine looks like sweat.
– Forehead, nostrils and chin. You can leave the skin very shiny, depending on what you like.
Räsänen thinks the big brush is functional.
– Take the powder from the jar and swirl the powder inside the brush. Tap off the excess and only then add the powder to the skin, so that there is not too much powder at once.
