One day in court first episode: the trial at Villa Rosanna

The (still open) case of Serena Mollicone is coming soon
Serena Mollicone was born in Arcenear Frosinone, on November 18, 1982. At the time of the events, we are in 2001was attending the last year of the socio-psycho-pedagogical high school.
On the morning of 1 June, the girl went to the hospital to perform an orthopanoramic. After the medical examination, which finished at 9:30, Serena goes to a bakery. Immediately after – the last sighting would have taken place in the main square of the town – literally disappears into thin air.
After two days, his body is found brutally tortured in a grove. After years of fruitless investigations, in 2019, five people were indicted including three carabinieri, Marshal Franco Mottola, his wife Annamaria and their son Marco. All charged with aggravated murder.
According to the reconstruction of the investigators, Marco Mottola would have hit Serena Molliconeprobably causing the young woman to bang her head against a door inside the barracks.
The motive? The girl’s desire to want to report a drug trafficking in which Mottola himself was involved. Last year, amid a thousand controversies, the suspects were all acquitted.
