A criminal complaint filed against a minor league player – The match in Turku ended in chaos

A criminal report has been submitted to the police of Southwest Finland regarding the events of the men’s textile division football match between FC Bosna and Paimion Haka’s second team.

Iltalehti is told that a criminal report has been filed for assault. The case is still under investigation by the police.

It is confirmed by the police that there has been a scuffle between the players, which has resulted in a fight. It escalated to such an extent that at least one person believed that an assault had occurred in the situation.

The events of the match are also in the Palloliitto’s disciplinary report. The football association did not want to comment in any way on the course of the events or on what started the events.

There is a referee’s report on the incident and a response has been requested from both teams.

At the end of the actual playing time of the match, red cards were handed out to four different people. Two FC Bosna players saw a red card, while Paimion Haka was sent off by a field player and a club official.

The reasons for the red cards are still unclear. In the end, FC Bosna won the western men’s A3 group match with a score of 3–0.
