#Supreme Women&Men Munich From August 6th to 9th, 2022
#Strong order completion and new customer business
The Supreme Women&Men Munich, which closed its doors yesterday, can probably be described as one of the most successful editions.
Retailers were open to new collections and, above all, mostly optimistic, which created a very good atmosphere.
For the majority of traders, the platform marks the close of orders for the season, but this edition has been characterized by strong new customer business.
Sabine Lohel, SEM PER LEI: “Totally unexpectedly, we were able to write an extremely large number of new customers at the Supreme Women&Men in Munich. We ran out of order blocks. And we’re not the only ones who felt this way.”
Stefan Naber, Miss Goodlife, added: “We got off to a good start early in the season with orders, but Munich once again exceeded our expectations. Endless new customers, but above all large houses that have found their way to the fair.”
The retail landscape in the valuable and fashionable segment, which Supreme Women&Men embodies, is changing. A new generation of
merchants is growing. These are not necessarily located in the big cities, but mainly in smaller towns and place a strong emphasis on individuality and the personal.
Without a doubt, the topic “Made in Europe”, which is lived by the majority of the exhibitors, plays a very important role for the dealers. Sustainability and quality are set as selection criteria for the ranges.

“The change in the retail landscape is clearly noticeable. It no longer works the way it used to. The new generation of retailers is positioned very differently. We are pleased that so many new dealers have found their way to Munich.”
The Munich location turns out to be a substantial driver of the business with a very strong purchasing power of dealers from southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Aline Müller Schade added: “Munich has always been a strong location, but the season gave it another boost.”
The service of The Supreme Group and the attention of the entire team to making the trade and exhibitors’ stay as pleasant as possible were praised, so that they could concentrate fully on the order business.
