Purple make-up is a hit this winter. This is proven by makeup mogul Rihanna’s recent look, where intense dark lilac and glowing pale violet play in a melting harmony.
Those with purple eyes are familiar with the phrase when talking about party makeup. Violet is not the easiest make-up shade, as the end result may look cakey. The same applies to different shades of red makeup, which easily create teary-looking eyes. As long as there is enough dark intensity in the eye make-up, such as blackened mega-lashes or cat-like outlines, a bruised or tearful mood is on its way.

When purchasing lavender or darker purple make-up, you should make sure that they have enough pigment. If lilac on the lids appeals to you, apply it liberally and make your eye make-up super spectacular. Fluffy loose eyelashes or a couple of glitters glued to the skin complete the purple eye make-up, especially in winter. Take Rihanna as a model and also add plenty of highlighter to the brow bone.
