A Ceuta hitman escapes from the Alcalá-Meco prison after communicating with relatives

Yusef ML, 21, better known as ‘The Pastilla’escaped last Saturday from the Alcalá-Meco prison (Madrid 2) after having had communication with his relatives, as reported this Tuesday by El Faro de Ceuta and confirmed by EFE.

El Pastilla was in provisional prison in that Madrid prison for murder presumably to one of those considered drug lords from the autonomous city, Nayim KA, nicknamed ‘Tayena’, who on April 12 was shot in the chest in Los Barrios (Cádiz). Hours after the murder, the Civil Guard arrested ‘El Pastilla’ in the port of Algeciras (Cádiz) as the alleged perpetrator of the crime.

Penitentiary sources have indicated to EFE that the leak occurred on Saturday around 6:00 p.m., when the prison realized the absence of an inmate.

The corresponding protocol was immediately activated and Penitentiary Institutions reported the escape to the security forces and the court that is investigating the crimes for which Yusef ML was in prison. Prisons has opened an investigation to clarify what happened.

According to information from El Faro de Ceuta, ‘El Pastilla’ was transferred this month from the Algeciras prison to that of Alcalá-Meco for its “incompatibilities” with rival gangs.

The young man has two open proceedings: one for the death of ‘Tayena’, considered his boss, and another for the murder by mistake in Algeciras of a young man whom he supposedly mistook for another person.
