A big announcement from Robert Helenius!

Robert Helenius’ career would seem to continue.

Boxer Robert Helenius, 39, hints on Instagram that he will continue his career.

Late on Friday evening, Helenius published a video in which he poses with a grin amid the flames.

– The nightmare continues, the video reads.

The text refers to Helenius’ “Nordic Nightmare” nickname.

In his publication, the Finnish hitman promises to share big news on May 26, i.e. Friday of next week.

The continuation of Helenius’ career has been speculated since the American Deontay Wilder knocked him out last October.

The match was over quickly. Wilder knocked the lights out of Helenius in the first round. The Finn lay stiff on the canvas.

After Tyly’s defeat, Helenius hardly has any more to do with the title matches he craves.

Ex-boxer Amin Asikainen commented in October to Iltalehti that he would whistle the game in Helenius’ position now.

– It would take a miracle if Robbe would return to the brightest limelight from this. Of course, it all depends on the man himself, but I personally would throw the gloves on the counter at this point. He got paid well for this (Wilder fight) though. Life outside the ring is fine and secure. It would be useless if I were him to beat myself up again, Asikainen stated in the fall.
