A basketball player Chance Comanche has admitted to strangling a prostitute with an HDMI cable, NBC news. He is accused of murder.

According to court documents, Comanche, 27, who played in the NBA’s Family League, was involved in a murder plot he carried out with his ex-girlfriend Sakari Harnden’s19, with.

Harnden, who works as a sex worker, had a dispute with his colleague by Marayna Rodgers, 23, with, so Harnden and Comanche murdered him. According to police information, the dispute was related to a Rolex wristwatch.

The ex-couple concocted a plot in which Comanche posed as Rodgers’ client. He tied Rodgers and Harnden’s hands behind their backs for sex, but then did something else entirely.

The basketball player says he strangled Rodgers with an HDMI cable “for about ten seconds, but stopped when he heard she wasn’t breathing.” According to him, the ex-girlfriend continued to strangle him with his own hands.

When the victim was dead, the Comanche and Harnden threw him into a ditch and covered the body with rocks.

The body was found ten days later in the town of Henderson near Las Vegas.

In the 2022–23 season, Comanche also played one game in the NBA for the Portland Trail Blazers.
