A 66-year-old woman with reduced mobility died Wednesday night in the fire of an apartment in Badalona (Barcelona), the Generalitat Fire Department reported this Thursday.
The fire broke out around 8:50 p.m. in a duplex apartment of a building on Carrer de Guifré for reasons that are being investigated.
The firefighters moved seven crews, which when they arrived at the placer were alerted that a person with reduced mobility He was still inside the apartment.
When controlling the fire, around 9:30 p.m., they found the victim on the upper floor of the duplex, who had been greatly affected by the smoke.
