The police arrested three men from Tilburg who would have to do with the fight at Tilburg station last Sunday. The police announced that on Friday. On Thursday, a 21-year-old man was arrested for attempted manslaughter, plus a 29-year-old man suspected of forbidden possession of weapons. Earlier this week the third suspect was caught in the collar.

One of the men came out of a train on Sunday afternoon and immediately started the fight. It seemed that this man was trying to shoot with a firearm, but it kept threatening. At that time the platform was full of people. “Fortunately, there was not actually a shot,” the police say.

The police received several reports of the fight between people at the station. They pulled out en masse, including with a helicopter. Because of the investigation, nobody was allowed in or out of the train. Nothing was found on the train and nobody was arrested.

Research
The police have heard several witnesses. The arrests on Thursday were made by specialized arrest teams, because the men would be firearms dangerous. A fake firearm was eventually found in one of the houses.
